Ousman Idriss Issakha, publisher of Agrimee, is committed to protecting users’ privacy. This Privacy Notice explains which data we collect, why, and how it is used.
1. Data we collect
Account data: name, email address, password (encrypted), preferred language. Billing data: processed and stored by Paddle (our Merchant of Record). We never have access to your card details. User content: contracts, documents, and information you create or upload on the platform. Technical data: IP address, browser type, and sign-in logs, for security and diagnosis.
2. How we use data
We use your data to: Provide and improve the Agrimee service. Process your subscriptions (through Paddle). Send you transactional messages (account confirmation, invoices, notices tied to your contracts) through Resend. Keep the service secure and prevent fraud. We never sell your personal data to third parties.
3. Sharing data with third parties
Your data may be shared with the following providers, strictly to deliver the service: Paddle.com Market Limited — payment processing and billing. Supabase — database hosting and authentication. Resend — transactional email. Vercel — application hosting. Each of these providers is contractually required to protect your data in line with current security standards.
4. How long we keep data
Your data is kept while your account is active. If you delete your account, your data is permanently removed from our systems within a reasonable time, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.
5. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction (including the GDPR for residents of the European Union), you have the following rights over your personal data: access, correction, deletion, portability, objection, and restriction of processing. To use these rights, write to us at support@agrimee.com.
6. Security
We use technical and organizational measures to protect your data: encrypted passwords, restricted access to sensitive data, secure storage through Supabase, and regular review of access.
7. Cookies
Agrimee uses cookies that are essential to the service (authentication, session preferences). No advertising cookie or third-party tracking cookie is used without your explicit consent.
8. Changes to this notice
We may update this Privacy Notice. You will be told of any material change by email or in the application.
