Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Agrimee. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Agrimee platform, published by Ousman Idriss Issakha, a sole trader based in N'Djamena, Chad ("we", "Agrimee"). By creating an account or using Agrimee, you accept these Terms without reservation.
1. Service
Agrimee is an online software platform (SaaS) for freelancers and independent workers. It lets them create, customize, send, electronically sign, and archive contracts. Agrimee offers a free plan ("Free") with limited features and a paid plan ("Pro") by subscription. Prices and terms are shown on the pricing page.
2. User account
You must create an account to use Agrimee. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for any activity on your account. You must provide information that is accurate and up to date.
3. Payment and billing — Paddle as Merchant of Record
All payments on Agrimee are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), which acts as the official reseller and Merchant of Record (MoR) for every transaction. Paddle is the legal seller of Agrimee subscriptions, handles billing, collects the taxes that apply in your jurisdiction, and appears as such on your bank statement. By paying, you also accept Paddle’s Buyer Terms.
4. Subscriptions and renewal
Pro subscriptions are billed on the period you choose (monthly or yearly) and renew automatically at each due date, unless you cancel before the renewal date from your account settings or through the Paddle customer portal.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No pro-rata refund is made unless our Refund Policy says otherwise.
6. Ownership of data and content
You remain the owner of the contracts, documents, and data you create or upload on Agrimee. We access that content only when technically necessary or when the law requires it, and never for commercial purposes.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Agrimee for illegal or fraudulent purposes, or to create documents contrary to public policy. We may suspend any account used in breach of these rules.
8. Availability and limitation of liability
Agrimee works to keep the service available and reliable, without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation. To the extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid during the previous 12 months.
9. Changes to the Terms
We may change these Terms at any time. Users will be told of any material change by email or by a notice in the application.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the law of Chad. Any dispute will be brought before the competent courts of N'Djamena, Chad.
